Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during high‑volume periods, product launches, or promotions.

If we experience delays in fulfilling your order, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, or carrier delays outside our control.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lashua Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label showing proof of damages during the shipping process.

Replacement Eligibility Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item at no additional cost. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the item is no longer available.

Non‑Eligible Claims Lashua Beauty is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery, including damage caused by improper storage, mishandling, or use outside of normal product guidelines.

Carrier‑Related Damage Once an order has been shipped, Lashua Beauty is not liable for delays or damage caused by the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider when applicable.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist before the order is processed.
