Refund policy
We offer a 30‑day return period, beginning on the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original packaging with the manufacturer’s seal fully intact.
Return Fees & Shipping

A $35 return fee will be deducted from your refund once the returned item is received and approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including the shipping label and packaging materials.

Returned items are subject to inspection.
All printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original packaging with the manufacturer’s seal fully intact.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds to an individual who has repeatedly returned products.
Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
